Stacy offers creative, compassionate support for individuals who are ready to move beyond survival and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

Therapy to Me Is…

Life is exhausting when every day feels like survival. Clients seeking a deeper understanding of themselves are the individuals I am thrilled to work with.

Through a strength and growth mindset, I provide guidance for clients’ journey of exploration and self-expression toward a road to a life worth living.

What I’ve Learned

Life has been a teacher of mine, and I discovered:

Mindfulness Takes Work

Learning to be mindful was work.

Sitting With Yourself Is a Journey

Sitting with myself is a journey.

Thriving Builds Hope

Striving to thrive provides hope and resilience.

My Approach

Utilizing creative skills, I provide a safe space for individuals to learn how to express and recognize their emotions, acknowledge their thoughts, and explore a path of healing.

Through utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including person-centered, sand tray, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), IFS, art, and recovery-based principles, I enjoy providing creative, collaborative, adaptive, and flexible sessions.

I provide care, support, positive encouragement, and creative engagement for clients by fostering growth in self-acceptance, self-awareness, and self-care, aiming to create glimmers of hope during moments of survival.
