Position Overview

A Clinical Therapist provides outpatient individual psychotherapy to **adult clients** of Thomas Integrative Psychotherapy. The role involves conducting in-person sessions at the office as well as teletherapy sessions (either from the office or remotely).

Full-Time (Scheduling at least 22 sessions weekly)

  • Self-set/ **flexible schedule**
  • **Free SW and/or AADC Supervision** (as needed)
  • $600 yearly **education stipend** (may accrue annually)
  • $200 monthly **health care stipend**
  • 2 admin hours (the rate of $25 per hour) for client communication weekly
  • 12 minutes of admin (the rate of $25 per hour) for each completed session
  • Reimbursement for **Psychology Today listing** and professional liability insurance
  • One hour of **PTO** at the clinical rate per pay period (26 hours annually)
  • $42 monthly **technology stipend**
  • Annual anti-oppression training & Quarterly team building/ self-care activities

Part-Time (Scheduling at least 8 sessions weekly)

  • Self-set/ **flexible schedule**
  • **Free SW and/or AADC Supervision** (as needed)
  • $300 yearly **education stipend** (may accrue annually)
  • 1 admin hour (the rate of $25 per hour) for client communication monitoring weekly
  • 12 minutes of admin time (the rate of $25 per hour) for each completed session
  • Reimbursement for **Psychology Today listing** and professional liability insurance
  • $42 monthly **technology stipend**
  • Annual anti-oppression training & Quarterly team building/ self-care activities

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

  • Must align with Thomas Integrative Psychotherapy mission, vision, and values
  • Master's degree in social work (MSW) or related field and **active, unrestricted license (LGSW, LCSW, LICSW, LPC) in the State of WV**.
  • Ability to complete at least **22 patient sessions per week** (8 sessions per week for part-time).
  • Complete **documentation (notes, treatment plans, etc.) within 48 hours** of service.
  • Provide psychotherapy, **respond to client calls/emails within 24 hours**, and coordinate care with other providers as needed.
  • Maintain licensure and liability insurance, abide by laws and ethics, and provide services professionally.
  • Be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and participate in required meetings and trainings.
