Therapy to Me Is…

The place you retreat to reflect on and process the life you live—your feelings, changes, habits, environments, relationships, and sense of meaning. It is an unbiased space where you can express yourself, access yourself, and choose what to do next. Here, you can discover and wander new pathways that create more joy and peace throughout your life journey.

Areas of Focus

Select an area below to learn more about how Thomas Integrative Psychotherapy supports clients experiencing these concerns.

As a Certified Grief Informed Professional, Emily supports people through the ever-evolving terrain of loss, life transition, and reconciliation.

She is also passionate about helping people discover meaning, purpose, and direction; regulate anxiety; deepen relationships; build confidence; and enhance wellbeing through creative and spiritually sensitive care.

My Approach

Parts work, structured problem-solving, existential and spiritual exploration, values alignment, and meditation are approaches I often use to foster healing and growth.

As a facilitator of Poetry as a Tool for Wellness, I may bring poetry into sessions to support mindfulness, emotional release, and self-discovery.

Movement can also become part of the therapeutic process through walk-and-talk sessions, expressive dance, and somatic attention.
