I believe therapy is a process of learning and growth, not because you need to become someone different, but because understanding yourself more deeply can create space for meaningful change. Together, we can explore how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate to the world around you. I enjoy helping clients understand the connection between their brains and behaviors, while discovering practical tools for navigating life's challenges. Through this process, many people find greater self-compassion, confidence, and a clearer sense of who they are and what matters most to them.
Who I Work With
Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, obsessive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, self-doubt, or fear-based patterns. Others feel misunderstood or disconnected because they experience and process the world differently from those around them. I have a particular passion for working with individuals living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), phobias, anxiety disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other neurodivergent identities. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to be your authentic self.
Specialized Care: PCIT
In addition to working with adults, I offer a highly specialized, evidence-based intervention for children ages 2-7 called Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). PCIT is tailored to help families manage and reduce challenging behaviors such as tantrums, defiance, aggression, hyperactivity, and difficulty following directions. It focuses on improving the parent-child relationship while teaching caregivers effective behavior-management skills. I offer PCIT exclusively through telehealth. (Read more about PCIT here: Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Inc.)
My Approach
My approach to therapy is both compassionate and active. I believe growth happens through understanding, skill-building, and gradually facing the challenges that keep us stuck. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, regulate overwhelming emotions, and build the confidence to respond differently to difficult thoughts, feelings, and situations. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals.
Therapy can be challenging at times, but you don't have to navigate it alone. My hope is that our work together helps you move toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and aligned with who you want to be.
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space.
In that space is our power to choose our response.
In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
