Wintering Retreat

A Guided 5-Week Virtual Winter Retreat

Winter is not a problem to fix. It is a season to be met with care. This five-week virtual retreat is for anyone who feels slowed down, emotionally tender, isolated, or worn thin in the colder months and is craving a steadier way to move through the season without pushing past what is real.

Inspired by Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times by Katherine May, this experience offers guided structure, gentle practices, and meaningful connection to support you in relating to winter differently, not as something to “get through,” but as something you can navigate with intention.

This is not therapy. It is not a performance space. It is a facilitated, reflective retreat designed to help you listen to what winter is asking of you and respond with compassion. Sharing is always invited, never required.

What This Retreat Supports

  • Nervous system settling and embodied awareness
  • Permission for rest, grief, and quiet reflection
  • Tools to soften inner pressure and self-criticism
  • Reconnection to meaning, creativity, and inner resources
  • A small, consistent community during a season that can feel isolating

Who This Is For

  • You feel different in winter and want support that feels gentle and real
  • You want structure and guidance, not another self-led practice you will abandon
  • You want community, but in a small, non-performative space
  • You are open to reflection, journaling, mindfulness, and simple rituals

This May Not Be A Fit If

  • You are looking for therapy or clinical treatment
  • You want productivity tools, goal setting, or fast fixes
  • You prefer a large, high-energy group experience

Investment & Care Package

The investment is $250 and includes a winter care package, plus five live, guided sessions in a small group setting.

  • Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat in Difficult Times by Katherine May
  • Journal & Pen
  • Fuzzy Socks
  • Herbal Tea

To protect group cohesion and comfort, this retreat will be capped at 12 participants. If winter has been asking something of you, this may be a place to listen.
