The Art of Self Compassion

Have you ever found yourself being your own worst critic?

We all have ways we protect ourselves — habits, reactions, or inner “guards” that show up when something feels difficult, uncomfortable, or uncertain.

This 2-hour creative workshop invites you to explore those protective responses with curiosity, creativity, and care. Through a guided activity, light reflection, and optional sharing, you’ll get a chance to notice how you’ve learned to cope and what those responses might be trying to help with.

  • Collage Creation

  • Prompted Journaling

  • Creative Expression

This is not therapy, and there’s no pressure to go deep or share more than you want. No art experience or prior self-work is needed. The focus is on gentle awareness, creative expression, and connection in a supportive, low-pressure space.

Come as you are. Participate at your own pace.

This is a one-time event designed to be approachable, thoughtful, and human.
