Out-of-Network Courtesy Billing
For clients with out-of-network plans, Thomas Integrative provides claims submission as a courtesy. Your carrier will typically send notification or reimbursement directly to you based on your specific out-of-network policy.
Questions for Your Carrier
The following questions may be helpful when verifying your professional service benefits:
- Do I have outpatient clinical coverage?
- What is my deductible?
- How much of my deductible has been met for the current year?
- Do I have a co-pay?
- How many annual sessions are covered under my plan?
- Is prior authorization required for clinical benefits?
- Are both in-person and virtual sessions covered?
Accepted Payment Methods
For co-payments and deductible balances, we accept cash, check, or major credit/debit cards at the time of your visit.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24-hours’ notice for any rescheduling needs. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60 administrative fee.

Choosing the self-pay option provides maximum flexibility regarding the duration and frequency of your professional consultations. This path avoids the need for formal clinical categorization often required by insurance carriers for billing purposes.
